Recently, Bangkok Airways Vice President for Marketing – Mr. Prote Setsuwan, together with Bangkok Airways’ Executive Vice President for Corporate Planning – Mr.Thavatvong Thanasumitra, held an event today to express heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ravee Phol for his long-term loyalty to Bangkok Airways as a very Frequent Flyer. Dr. Ravee has recorded more than half-a-million miles or one thousand flights since first joining the FlyerBonus program in 2006.
It is an honor to FlyerBonus program to have Dr.Ravee at the event today. This event is to show appreciation to the top Frequent Flyer who have flown with Bangkok Airways for 1,000 flights. FlyerBonus program started in 2006 and Dr.Ravee has been very loyal to the airline since. This is, on the other hand, a reward to FlyerBonus program as it shows a commitment to provide exceptional service to the passengers and that subsequently creates a long-term customer retention.
As a token of the program’s appreciation and in celebration of his 1000th flight with the airline, Dr. Ravee was presented with an exclusive, tailor-made Jim Thompson Business Traveller Set that has his name inscribed on each item. As a very frequent flyer on domestic and regional routes, Dr. Ravee quickly achieved Premier Status, the FlyerBonus Program’s highest membership tier, in his first year as a member and has steadfastly maintained this status since then.
