Local charity Phuket Has Been Good To Us is eagerly preparing for their next fundraising event, ‘Red Hot Jazz’, to be held on Friday 13th September 2013 at Boathouse on Kata Beach.
Offering guests an evening of live jazz music and dancing, the charity hopes they will also delight in the artwork and fine home wares up for silent auction. Guests will enjoy cocktails, free flow wine and four delicious courses of French cuisine. ‘We are very proud that Phuket Has Been Good to Us’s next fundraising event is being hosted at Boathouse,’ said Marie-Laure Fleury, General Manager of Boathouse. Art, music, wines and French cuisine make up all the right ingredients for a memorable evening no doubt.’
‘We are so delighted that Boathouse is generously hosting this fundraiser for us’ remarked Tina Hall, Director of Operations for Phuket Has Been Good To Us. ‘We are excited that they are offering something different for the island and look forward to their event raising much needed funds for our charity.’

All money raised from this event will go toward the charity’s English language education programme, which provides free English lessons to more than 900 children in two government schools in Phuket.
