Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket’s own Executive Chef Silvano Amolini joined four other highly skilled Italian chefs to design and host the “Young Italian Master Chefs” programme at Dusit Thani College Bangkok, in co-operation with the Italian Trade Commission of Thailand.
The specialized 1-month program, whose primary objective is to share truly quintessential methods of preparation and cooking of the best of Italian cuisine, run from 16 August – 15 September 2014 and was free of charge for culinary students at the college.
Furthermore, Chef Silvano was also invited to be part of an Italian cuisine showcase on the stage to celebrate Thailand International Culinary Cup (TICC) 20th anniversary,’20 Chefs for 20 Years’, at Food & Hotel Thailand 2014, BITEC, Bangkok during 10 – 13 September 2014, sponsored by Italia Trade Commission.
“I am very proud to be part of this culinary program, designed especially for our budding young Italian chefs at Dusit Thani College,” said Mr Amolini. “With my tips and techniques combined with those of my fellow chef instructors and the young chefs’ creative skills, I am confident that this course will produce great future chefs to serve the best Italian establishments in the world.”
