Amari Phuket is inviting guests to experience a taste sensation with a culinary tour through the finest Italian flavours offered in its new Discovery Menu. Explore a six-course discovery tasting menu with Chef Patrizia from Rome, which will consist of:
– Crostini Al Tre-Sapori (small pieces of ciabatta bread topped with fresh tomato salsa, Fontina cheese and smoked salmon)
– Antipasti Misto (marinated bell peppers, eggplant and artichokes along with sliced finocchiona, Parma ham and mortadella with pistachios, pesto sauce and grissini sticks)
– Risotto Funghi (risotto with porcini and oyster mushrooms and Parmesan cheese aged for 18 months)
– Tagliata Di Manzo (rare sliced Australian beef tenderloin, fresh rocket leaves, rosemary and garlic oil)
– Gamberoni Alla Salsa Salmorillo (king prawns cooked in fresh lemon, Italian extra virgin olive oil and oregano served with soft polenta)
– Assorti Mento Di Dolci (assortment of mixed mini desserts including tiramisu, lemon tarts and pistachio gelato)
Each dish is created in the butcher’s kitchen with the menu offering cured meats and salami, wild mushrooms from the forest and many more special homemade ingredients.
The Discovery Menu is now available at La Gritta Restaurant starting at THB 1,450++ per person. The offer and items are subject to change without future notice.
