Unfortunately, due to the military coup that occurred on May 22nd May 20104, Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa had to postpone their RLife Live ‘Rhythm of Sound’ event which was due to take place on Friday 6th June 2014.
Because the coup d’état saw the implementation of a curfew, originally set at 10pm – 5am, then decreased to 12am – 4am, and then over time completely removed, this affected bookings to many resorts on the island with many reporting substantial cancellations. However, Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa have now announced that the new date doe the event will be Saturday 29th November 2014.

Speaking to Phuketindex.com about the re-scheduled event, Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa’s Managing Director Goetz Bauer had this to say “This reschedule RLife Life event which is going to be held on 29th November 2014, and called ‘Rhythm of Sound’, should not be missed. This is the biggest event Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa has ever organized, and it’s going to see 8 international and local DJs perform right here on our beach lawn. This is going to be an all-day dance music event for those who love dance music, please don’t miss it!!’
